Welp, I know I promised many things, updates and such. That just doesn't happen. So I'm hoping to do a Monthly update about life at Penn State (I think that this is a more realistic promise!)
Anywho, I made it into the A cappella group that I auditioned for. It's called NOTA (None of the Above) and it is soooooo much fun! I met a bunch of new people and made new friends. And I get to SING now. It's been so long since I got to make 'real' music singing with other people. I say 'real' because I have been keeping up with making new barbershop multitrack. As far as classes are going, I have a bunch of Music classes :) and a Math course and an Online Astronomy course! Math is actually going well. I think I should repeat that. Math is going well! I know, I can't believe it either! My professor is really good and he knows HOW to teach. It's really good. The astronomy is eh. It's interesting but it's also easy to mix things up, so I have to study hard for that class, even though it is online!
2 weeks ago, the Tuba/Euphonium studio went to the The United States Army Band Tuba Euphonium Conference or TUSABTEC in Washington DC (I feel like they made the name that long just to be funny). Anyway, it was a great time and I got to hear some AMAZING tuba/euph players like Tim Buzbee(tuba) and Demondrae Thurman(Euphonium). What players! I also got this little gem. Yeah. It's gold. And I love it!

I'm going to put my concert schedule on here in case anyone wants to come and hear me play/sing sometime.
